Whether you are pregnant or had your babies within the past year, building back your core can be challenge and many birth parents have stomach muscle separation that can cause back pain and long term difficulties with exercise. We have invited Kathleen Donahoe, a pre and postnatal fitness instructor who is skilled in working with parents of multiples. Kathleen will offer a short workshop on core recovery after pregnancy and birth. She'll share about pelvic floor recovery, as well as teach how to check for diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and how to rehab it.
